But not this time... it was really a big challenge for me, i was having a bad cold and high fever, can't even pull my feet from my comfort bed, it was really a fight between responsiblity and a simple call saying "i'm canceling the order" ~~~ :( i didn't want to take the 2nd option, so i can only rely on pills...

Anyway, i managed to drag my feet from a comfort bed which i should be on and start to make some figurines... unfortunately the wheater was so humid, it's been raining for several days here, the figurines were melt & stick each other ~~ ooo... what a day...

The cup cakes finished & delivered... and i can continue my sleepsZZZ ~~~ :)

~ My First Wedding Cake ~

The day has come... The day for my first wedding cake

It drove me crazy... The hours of preparing and making sure that all thing must go well, though it's not a high art wedding cake but it indeed my first wedding cake, so i got so much nervous when preparing it... the most most most difficult part was the fondant covering part.... the cake was so huge, i spent hours thinking how to cover it... Thanks God it went well and thanks to mom for helping me :)...

The next challenge was the delivery... it made me spent sometimes to stuff the tiers and tools into my mini fighter katance car... I had to drive in low speed, one handed, one eyed hahaha something which i never done before.

Despite all obstacle, the cake turn out as good as we planned... Thanks to Andre & Oca for the beautiful opportunity... i also made some cookies for their pre-wed photo shoots using their big theme.... Mr. & Mrs. Birdy... love them love the birdies...

yup, A korean actor, his drama was played here, his name is Lee Min Ho ... His play called Boys Over Flower, it's about rich and wealthy boy falling in love with ordinary/ poor girl.... ok enough for the introduction and now the cake....



This time i use edible printed image, it's good for photo and detail pictures.

Birthday Theme

It's a boy birthday, Ben 10 is his favourite... I don't know that Ben 10 is famous, i barely ever watch it... after some googling, now i know it's an animation of a boy fighting aliens , so here are the cakes for the birthday boy... i guess the green color suit well.. it matches the color scheme of Ben 10 logo.

~ THIS IS IT ~

I'm sooo glad it's weekend.... last days were battles between me and what i'm doing... i feel quite exhausted.. sleep for only several hours and controlling mood is a serious battle... i'm lucky to have so much support, i made them well and finished them well too... well at least in my opinion... Days like these will come often in my life so i'll just be prepared.

Anyway, I'm going to watch This Is It - Michael Jackson story, today... i'm wondering what the movie all about... but i going to enjoy it anyway... This Is It .. This is my weekend :)

A client requested character cake for a friend's birthday... theme : Marvin & purple..... hmm~~ a unique combination.. never tried this before... nice... another challenge.

This time, i wanna to stay away from a classic dull rectangle shaped cake, so i shaped this cake follows the character form... and the result was much more satisfying than the usual rectangle cake.. the unsatisfied party will be the client, shaped cake means less cake to eat... :) but beauty conquers all...

My 1st cake tasting event

It's a small yet fun event... it's my cake tasting event... hurayyy! finally...
actually i never think of this event before or even planing it, until a month ago suddenly it came across my mind... as the holiday coming it might be a good time to set an event. i invited some my friends and relatives to join.

There're some petite four & snacks and wedding cake as the master piece to be served :) i'm glad all went well... i have to consider few thing in the future such as temperature condition and annoying insects the uninvited guest.

all over i satisfied with what i did.... i hope i can create more of such event in the future, i'll be glad doing it, anyone interested??

"Happy Idul Fitri / Lebaran celebration"

This year i dare myself to make some lebaran themed cookies, initially i made these cuties for complementary inside my parcel, however i think they're cute enough to be promoted as "lebaran" greetings, replacing the traditional "lebaran" greeting card which is unedible and not delicious.

Happy Idul Fitri Celebration 1430H everyone, let's forget what happened in the past and start a brand new beginning.

~ Independence day ~

On 17 Aug, we'll celebrate our National Independence day, usually there will be some events will be held during that day, some fun fun race and competition participated by people in the neighborhood... rice bag race, silly "dangdut" dance competition and some gross competition such as climbing oiled "pinang" trunk, grabbing oily & powdered coins using mouth only, eel bottling competition... and some nice competition such as making our traditional "yellow" cone shaped rice hehe i received some order for Indepedence day celebration.

last week i got call from my long dearest friend singapore, she would like to order some cup cakes for her colleagues. yippiee... these cupcakes will fly to Singapore :) i'm so sos happy... hehehe i know it sounds silly to write this euphoria here :D but i'm so excitedd..... >.<> hope u like it.
